Hello all,

I know it’s been almost 14 months since my last post and I apologize. I got extremely lazy and made a handful of tasty recipes but didn’t write any posts to follow. I am truly going to try to get better with this blog by doing at least one item a week. I started this as a food blog with the intention to help people with diet regulations. I will still keep up with that but I kind of just want to see where this goes. Stay tuned to see what craziness I am about to embark on…
